Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

Your use of our services means that you agree to be bound by the terms.

Do not book our services if you do not accept the terms.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Kindly pay your deposit via EFT, at least 24 HOURS PRIOR to your booking.

Please remember to send your proof of payment via WhatsApp, E-mail, SMS.

In studio payments: CASH/EFT ONLY (NO card facility)

Cancellation Policy

Cancel or reschedule up to 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE!

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that I have reserved time in my schedule EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.

Respecting one’s time is common courtesy.

Running late? We’re all busy, and sometimes meetings can run over, making you late for the next one. It happens. If you find yourself running behind, simply call or text to inform us.

A 50% service cancelation fee will be charged for all late cancellations.

Unwell Policy

If you feel unwell, please reschedule 12-24 hours in advance.

You may not enter Elle Esthetics if you have any symptoms of a cold, flu or contagious disease. Please stay at home and visit when you're in good health!
